A boutique Umbrian estate near Orvieto. Its sloping vineyards sit on ancient sand-and-clay soils rich in fossilised marine shells, a geological signature that helps retain acidity and gives the wines their distinctive mineral line.

Stone fruit, white flowers and almond; fresh and structured, with clear mineral character and a long finish.

How it is made
Twenty per cent aged in French barrique for 12 months; 80% in stainless steel with bâtonnage.
