At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We work with professional wine couriers to ensure safe handling and delivery.

Wine is an age-restricted product.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Our couriers may request proof of age upon delivery. If valid ID cannot be provided, delivery may be refused.
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
Incorrect address details
No one available to receive the order
Refusal to provide age verification
The courier may return the order to us or arrange redelivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
All wines are carefully packed using specialist protective packaging designed for bottle shipment.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier service disruptions
Extreme weather
Industrial action
Other circumstances beyond our control
However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
