Four native grapes and the recovery of historic terraces give this wine a strong story of place beyond familiar Rías Baixas Albariño.

A small Galician project that revived terraces near Trasalba once associated with the monks of Oseira. Roughly eight hectares of native white grapes are worked by hand to recover a nearly forgotten local wine landscape.

Mandarin, grapefruit and pineapple with white flowers and herbs; vibrant, persistent and gently rounded by lees ageing.

How it is made
Hand selected at cool morning temperatures; light pre-fermentation maceration; four to six months on fine lees.

Enjoy it with
Shellfish, octopus, grilled fish or fresh goat's cheese.
