36° Grenache
36° Grenache
Damson | Herbs
36° Grenache is a de-alcoholised, aromatised beverage containing wine, built for depth, power, and savoury food pairings. The base wine is a blend dominated by Grenache, supported by Syrah, and refined with damson juice, dark berry fruits, herbs, blossoms, and spices.
The aroma is intense and ethereal, marked by notes of currant and plum with a strong, expressive character. On the palate, dark berries lead, followed by an opulent, structured profile with Mediterranean herbs and expressive tannins, delivering a dry and gastronomic style.
This is a serious, table-focused wine alternative, designed to accompany robust and flavour-driven dishes.

About the Winery
Manufaktur Jörg Geiger has been a pioneer of high-quality alcohol-free beverages since 1990.
After inheriting his family inn and restaurant, Jörg Geiger trained as a fine-dining chef to preserve the tradition of gourmet hospitality. When faced with the absence of credible alcohol-free alternatives suitable for fine dining, he began exploring the ancient orchard meadows of the UNESCO-protected Swabian Alps.
By reviving historic recipes, traditional methods, and heritage fruit varieties dating back to 1797, Jörg Geiger pioneered a new category of sophisticated alcohol-free wines and sparkling beverages. Some of these creations require years of fermentation and bottle ageing to achieve balance and depth.
For more than two decades, the range has been trusted by fine-dining restaurants across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and is served in over 60% of Michelin-starred establishments in Germany. Since 2024, these wines have been introduced to the UK fine-dining sector, bringing structure, complexity, and gastronomic credibility to alcohol-free wine alternatives.
Not everybody drinks.
