37° Pinot Noir

Raspberry | Cherry

37° Pinot Noir is a de-alcoholised, aromatised beverage containing wine, crafted to offer depth, structure, and gastronomic versatility without full alcohol. Based predominantly on Pinot Noir, it is refined with selected fruit juices, herbal extracts, blossoms, and spices.

The aroma is delicate and multi-layered, led by raspberry and cherry. On the palate, red berry flavours dominate, supported by fine tannins and a dry, balanced structure, creating a serious, food-oriented style.

Designed to be enjoyed at table, this wine alternative performs particularly well with savoury and complex dishes.

About the Winery

Manufaktur Jörg Geiger has been a pioneer of high-quality alcohol-free beverages since 1990.

After inheriting his family inn and restaurant, Jörg Geiger trained as a fine-dining chef to preserve the tradition of gourmet hospitality. Confronted with the lack of credible alcohol-free options suitable for fine dining, he began exploring the ancient orchard meadows of the UNESCO-protected Swabian Alps.

By reviving historic recipes, traditional methods, and heritage fruit varieties dating back to 1797, Jörg Geiger pioneered a new category of sophisticated alcohol-free wines and sparkling beverages, some requiring years of fermentation and bottle ageing.

For over two decades, the range has been trusted by fine-dining restaurants across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and is served in more than 60% of Michelin-starred establishments in Germany. Since 2024, these creations have been introduced to the UK fine-dining sector, offering depth, balance, and structure to alcohol-free wine alternatives.
