A Graves estate shaped by the appellation's free-draining gravel. Its Cabernet-led style is deliberately classical: savoury fruit, firm structure and measured oak rather than over-ripeness.
In the glass
Red fruit, gentle spice and toast; smooth and classically structured, with supple tannins and savoury freshness.
How it is made
Approximately 25-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon vines on gravel and sandy-gravel soils; 12-18 months in barrel with no more than 30% new oak.
