Champagne Haut'Rigine Extra Brut | Hautbois | Rich, Precise & Gastronomic
A beautifully composed grower Champagne — selected for its Pinot richness, Chardonnay finesse, and subtle oak complexity.
An equal Chardonnay-Pinot Noir blend with partial barrel ageing gives the range a more vinous, gastronomic expression without sacrificing freshness.
Champagne Hautbois is a family grower based in Pévy, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry. The estate traces its winegrowing heritage to 1829 and builds its range around long bottle ageing, measured dosage and expressive blends of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
