Elderflower, lemon balm, jasmine and white peach; vivid and sea-spray fresh, with a clean mineral finish.

How it is made
Twenty-year-old organic vines on chalky-clay soils with fossilised oyster beds; skin maceration, low-temperature fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel; 120,000 bottles.
