In the glass, it opens with aromatic citrus and fresh pine. The palate is centred around clean juniper, lifted by lemon and lime zest and completed by a subtle peppery character. Its texture is smooth and gently creamy, while the finish remains dry, fragrant and enduring.

Perfect serve: Pour over ice with premium tonic water and garnish simply with a twist of lime zest. It also makes an excellent dry Martini.
