A boutique Umbrian estate near Orvieto. Its sloping vineyards sit on ancient sand-and-clay soils rich in fossilised marine shells, a geological signature that helps retain acidity and gives the wines their distinctive mineral line.

Grapefruit, green apple and herbs; fresh, mineral and persistent with restrained oak texture.
How it is made
Slow low-temperature fermentation, regular bâtonnage and 12 months in lightly toasted 2,500-litre French oak.
