Ònix Fusió 2022 is a powerful yet refined red from DOQ Priorat, crafted from old-vine Grenache and Carignan grown on steep parcels around Gratallops, El Lloar, La Vilella Baixa and La Vilella Alta. Produced in limited quantities, it captures the depth and mineral intensity that define Priorat.

Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in stainless steel before ageing for four months in French oak, adding subtle structure and complexity. In the glass, it shows a deep, bright colour. The nose combines ripe cherry and blackberry with hints of vanilla, smoke and spice. The palate is generous and layered, offering dark fruit, pepper, clove, earthy notes and a long, warming finish marked by Priorat’s distinctive mineral character.

A versatile yet serious wine, it pairs beautifully with grilled meats, rich stews and Mediterranean dishes. Best enjoyed slightly cool to highlight its balance and elegance.
