Finca de los Arandinos is a family-run winery, hotel and vineyard project in Entrena, Rioja Alta. Its Catay line highlights distinctive Rioja varieties in precise, approachable styles.

How it is made
100% Tempranillo Blanco from low-yield vineyards around Entrena. The grapes rest for 24 hours at 4°C to minimise oxidation, then ferment at 14–15°C for three weeks before preparation for bottling.
