Finca de los Arandinos is a family-run winery, hotel and vineyard project in Entrena, Rioja Alta. Its wines combine high-elevation vineyard fruit with careful, small-lot cellar work and a clear sense of place.

Peach, citrus and pear meet a subtle cinnamon note; bright acidity, moderate body and a clean mineral finish keep the wine lively and gastronomic.

How it is made
100% Viura from hand-harvested bush vines planted up to 74 years ago. The grapes spend 24 hours in cold rooms at 4°C, followed by low-temperature skin maceration; fermentation takes place in French oak at 14–16°C for almost a month, then the wine rests on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
